About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Service Team Lead to run Pod C, supporting customer service and sales activity for three growing service brands within the Mosaic family:
- Downright Demolition Ltd.
- Colour Envy Painting Ltd.
- Everlast Vinyl Fencing Inc.
This is a hands-on role Initially, Pod C will be small (approximately 1–1.5 people), meaning you’ll spend most of your time personally handling leads, quotes, and client communication, with light coordination support as volume grows.
You’ll work within a well-defined tech stack, including Jobber, HubSpot, and Aircall or similar VoIP phone system, to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every client gets a fast, professional response.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Customer Service & Sales Execution
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts across all three brands
- Qualify leads, provide information, and move customers confidently toward booking
- Prepare and send budgetary quotes accurately and on time
- Follow up on outstanding budgetary quotes and unanswered inquiries
- Ensure all client communication is clear, professional, and timely
- Own the customer journey from first contact to pass off to an Estimator.
- Keep CRM and job records clean, accurate, and up to date in Jobber and HubSpot
- Use the phone system to manage inbound/outbound calls efficiently
- Coordinate with estimating, operations, and field teams to set proper client expectations
- Collaborate with coworkers to clearly communicate schedule availability and any other relevant information for the sales process
- Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication
- Maintain a high attention to detail to information going to clients
- Ensure nothing gets lost between inquiry, quote, and booking
- Look for simple process improvements to keep work flowing smoothly
- Train & coach additional customer service help as needed
- Help shape how Pod C operates as it grows
- Take on broader coordination responsibility over time, if desired
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a high performing team
- Understand how to communicate with a variety of client personalities in a wide array of mediums (verbal, written, etc).
- Empathy for the client
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination
- Strong written communication (email & text) and confident phone presence
- Comfortable working in CRMs and scheduling systems (Jobber, HubSpot, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Able to manage multiple brands and priorities without losing detail
- Experience in home services, construction, or trades is a strong asset

Compensation
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
