We're hiring urgently for this position and are ready to move fast for the right candidate.

Everlast Fencing is growing, and we need a Fence Foreman who already knows how to build fences right and is ready to lead a crew doing it. This is a hands-on field role for someone who can step onto a job site and add value immediately, leading a small team through vinyl and wood residential installs across Edmonton and surrounding areas. We are not looking for entry-level labourers. We're looking for someone who has done this work before and wants to run the job, not just work it.

- You run the crew - lead a small, efficient team from load-up to final clean-up, with your call on pace, layout, and quality

- Left to do the job right - a straightforward environment where good tradespeople are respected and not micromanaged

- Lead a small installation crew (typically 2–3 people)

- Start each day at 8:00 AM at the shop

- Load trucks and prepare materials for daily installs

- Pick up materials from suppliers when needed

- Confirm layout and measurements on-site

- Install vinyl and wood fencing from removal to completion

- Set posts, level lines, and complete clean, accurate installs

- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites

- Remove and dispose of old fencing

- Communicate progress with the Operations Manager

- Previous fence installation experience is required (vinyl and/or wood)

- Solid understanding of layout, post setting, and grading basics

- Ability to lead and work efficiently in a small crew environment

- Takes pride in clean, straight, and durable workmanship

- Physically capable of full-day outdoor labour

- Reliable, punctual, and consistent

- Valid driver's license required

- Carpentry or construction background strongly preferred

- Stable, year-round full-time work
